Overview
PatiDoku does not require an account. Your saved game is stored on your device. Support, rewarded ads, Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics process the data described below.
Advertising and Automatic Data Collection
If you choose to watch a rewarded ad to earn a life or hint, Google Mobile Ads may process approximate location derived from IP address, device identifiers, ads shown, ad interactions, performance, and diagnostic data to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and improve the service. Required advertising privacy choices are provided through Google's user messaging platform.
Firebase Analytics
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand game usage and advertising performance. Screen-view events, sessions, tutorial and level progress, scores, stars, play duration, mistake and hint counts, setting changes, ad impressions, rewards and ad revenue events may be sent to Google. The SDK may also process app-instance and device identifiers, device model, operating system, app version, language and approximate location derived from IP addresses. These records are not a cloud backup of your saved game. We do not add your support message or email address to Analytics events.
Firebase Crashlytics
We use Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and improve stability. Crash reports, stack traces, application state at the time of a crash, device and operating system information, app version, installation and session identifiers may be sent to Google. When Analytics is enabled, preceding app events may also help diagnose crashes. Crashlytics collection operates separately from Analytics; disabling Analytics does not disable crash reporting.
Information Stored on Your Device
The saved game and preferences that let you resume playing are stored on your device. Related level, score and setting-change events may be sent to Analytics as described above.
Support Requests
If you choose to submit the support form, your email address, message, app version, and language preference are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure so we can respond. This information is not used for advertising or tracking and is retained for no more than 90 days.
Permissions
PatiDoku does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, or photo library.
Privacy Choices
The consent flow required for advertising choices is presented through Google’s consent form and can be reopened under Settings > Privacy options when available. In regions where consent is required, Firebase Analytics is not started unless you give consent in that form; if you consent, or you are in a region where consent is not required, Analytics starts when the app opens. You can manage Apple’s tracking permission under iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; denying tracking permission alone does not stop Analytics or crash-data collection. The app does not offer a separate Analytics or Crashlytics switch. Crash reporting through Crashlytics works independently of the consent form.
Service Providers and Retention
Google processes Analytics and Crashlytics data on its infrastructure, which may be outside your country. Analytics retention depends on project settings and the type of data. Crashlytics retains crash traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning deletion. Details: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy and https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Children’s Privacy
The app has no account, chat, or user-to-user communication features. Processing of advertising, analytics and crash data is described in this policy.
Your Rights and Contact
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent you have given. Since there are no accounts, identifying analytics or crash records as yours may require additional information. You can send requests to gamepalsupport@gmail.com; you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. The data controller is the PatiDoku developer.
Deleting Data
Deleting the app removes your local saved game but does not automatically delete data previously sent to Google. Contact gamepalsupport@gmail.com for support-record deletion or other privacy requests. Since there are no accounts, identifying analytics or crash records as yours may require additional information.
Changes
If our data practices change, this policy will be updated and any required permission will be explicitly requested.
